Stepmom is one of the movies that makes me laugh, cry and understand the importance of people around you.

When I first watched this when I was a kid, All I learned is that the mother died and left her children behind.

After a few years watching the re-runs on Cable 47, it taught me that All Good things come to an end. It is sad but its true. Thinking about the scenario happening to me is quite sad. When the dying mom created a blanket that has pictures of her and her child together is quite dramatic. It is sad to think that these moments will not continue.

The ending in this movie values the importance of photographs. Although good things come to an end, the photo left behind captured the moment in time where everything was good. This scene reminds us that although these moments might not happen again, photographs allow us to remember these happy moments, remind us how important they were and, most importantly, it allows us to cherish these memories forever.
